chances... for my dream school please help

Hi soo Penn is my first choice but I didn't apply early because there are these crazy circumstances (a really qualified legacy and athletic recruit from my school are both applying early) so I decided to apply early in some other places and try to get some scholarships. Anyways given these circumstances, do I have a crack at regular admissions?

Gender:Female

I know that ED gives you a big advantage because you show them that they are the first choice but I did put them as my first choice school when reporting to National Merit so maybe this will help me?

Feedback is very appreciated :)

i believe u do!! idk i’m not a pro at these chancing stuff but i think u have a good chance. ED would have been great tho. but good luck!!

I think you have a decent shot. Definitely worth applying. But remember the Ivies are pretty much based on luck if doing RD.

yes you have a “crack” at the RD.

CAS yes

wharton/seas i doubt it

but CAS, DEFINITELY yes

^
actually, I’m pretty sure seas has the highest admission % among those 3 schools.

seas is also more self selective

also, her math stats won’t really back her into seas and her activities seem more like a CAS person

probably in at CAS regular…you’re a very focused individual (in a good way), which will get you in IMHO.

ya its cas, poly sci major

Well if it’s CAS then you seem like a good fit. Best of luck!
