Thanks, and Happy New Year!

Probably would be a lock if you interviewed and extensively discussed communication experience…stats are good to go; possible merit $$ too!!

Like Rodney said, your stats look good for Newhouse. Now you just have to show them you are seriously interested.

Thanks for the evaluations.

I guess it’s too late to interview?

Also, if I get rejected form Newhouse, do I have a decent shot at CAS and the School of Management (I put them as my 2nd and 3rd choices, respectively)?

Thanks!

You will definitely get into CAS and Whitman - probably with money. And you will probably do fine with Newhouse too. At the least, you should go for a visit because I think that they track these. At the campus, there are special tours that you can arrange for Newhouse and Whitman where you will meet their recruiters. If you are serious about SU, you will want to visit anyway.

I first became interested in Syracuse when my brother took a campus visit up there a few years ago. I wrote about that in the short answer section of the SU supplement. I didn’t check off that I went for a campus visit, though, because it was under his name. I don’t think my mom wants to visit any prospective schools until I know where I am accepted, so short of doing another 8+ hour car trip, is there any other way I can express interest in Syracuse?

Thanks!
