srry "Captain of largest team in SC and 20th largest team in the state."

i mean 20th largest in nation

Hmm.. class rank, GPA, EC's and courseload are all very good!

Maybe try the ACT... you would probably do better on that test...and Duke accepts either the ACT or SAT... and since you are in South Carolina, the ACTs will actually help you out!

However, my honest opinion is that you'd have a pretty good shot at Duke Early Decision if you got at least a 2100.. or around a 32 on the ACTs.

Good luck next year!

im not really having luck with either of those tests, which sux, cuz it feels like my acceptance is contingent upon what i get on them.

Your SATs and SAT2s are incredibly low, and your ECs are very good. Can't you just study for SAT2s like crazy and ace them? I mean even if you have test taking problems, you should be able to score pretty high on SAT2s if prepared enough. I don't think you'll get in due to your lackluster performance on standardized tests. Best of luck in the admissions process.

Oh and what have you gotten on your APs thus far?
