Penn is a 100%need school. Siblings in college lower the efc per student significantly- have you run the NPC?
If it’s not affordable on need, there is no merit at Penn.
In any case, the agreement is only binding if financial is sufficient.

Well most of the schools you listed are a reach for everyone. You have great stats good job on all your volunteering. I feel you have a high chance, but remember those schools deny 2400 sat valedictorians all the time.
Most of the schools on your list offer only financial aid. Duke and WashU have some merit scholarships but they are very competetive. You need to run the NPC for each of these schools. If they are unaffordable, then you need to add more schools that have merit scholarships.
Thanks to all! I’ll be doing that during the summer to remove and add some schools.
I am also making a fairly interesting summer project but don’t wanna post anything until it’s concrete
Stanford and Harvard are high reaches while the rest are around low reaches
UF is only safe school, are you alright with it if you get rejected everywhere else?
You’ll probably get waitlisted at Michigan because they tend to do that with high stat OOS
rest are reach, CMU less to an extent
