I'm interested in business and finance. What do you think my chances are for both ED and RD? Thanks for the help!!

Ward786, WashU is one of those schools where ED can make a big difference in your chances. With your stats I think you have an excellent chance of getting in ED. If you go into the RD pool, it becomes the usual crapshoot. Your stats are competitive, but when you are thrown into the big pool with lots of similar looking candidates it's tough to call. If you are very interested in WashU, I would seriously consider ED.

to get an accurate idea of your chances, you really need to take those SAT 2 scores and the SAT retake into consideration. so i would recommend reposting after you get those scores back.

otherwise, gpa looks fine, if you can get the sat verbal to a 720 or 730, that would be really good.

you dont have a lot of EC's, which is fine because you seem to be heavily involved in the ones you are in. so make sure to focus on those in the applicaiton process. try and show what skills you picked up, why it was important to you, how it affects who you are, etc. use your EC's to paint an image of who you are. i know that sounds obvious, sorry.

youre going for the business school, so that should improve your chances.
ED would definitely help you. RD, i think you may get waitlisted.
