chances for Columbia ED seas

You’re definitely qualified, but that’s about all anyone on here will be able to tell you. Even in the early decision round Columbia’s acceptance rate is below 20%. Every year thousands of qualified applicants get turned away. Just keep up the good work and hope for the best! Good luck.

I was worried about my SAT mostly. And thank you. By the way, did you mean the overall ED was below 20%. Because I saw that the ED for seas was 30.5% ??

I’d say if you’ve got a great essay then you’ve got a decent chance

I hope so. Anyone else?

Psh, don’t worry. I’m pretty sure you’ll be just fine. I know this girl from my school who got into SEAS ED, and she was not NEARLY as qualified as you are right now.

do try to show your versatility though. i know you’re applying to SEAS and all, but show them that you’re also interested in things other than science-related things. and i’m sure you are :)
