Hey, neither the nursing school nor the business school directly admit freshmen. To be admitted to the nursing school, you must attend Emory (either Oxford or the College of Arts and Sciences) for at least two years while you complete prerequisite courses. Alternatively, you can attend another school while completing prerequisites for two years and apply to transfer to the nursing school.

Given your stats, I’d highly encourage you to apply for [Emory Scholars](http://www.emory.edu/admission/financial_aid/merit_scholarships/emory_scholars.html)

From what I know about the nursing school (my former roommate is prenursing and her mom is a nurse at Emory), getting in isn’t terribly difficult. But as aigiqinf said, you apply during your sophomore year. Here’s some info about applying for the [nursing school](http://dev.nursing.emory.edu/admission/programs/bsn/index.html)

Finishes all pre-req course at either Oxford or Emory College, mainly keeps your GPA over 3.0, has some EA, and I promise you will get in Woodruff for sure. If you are out of state student, I suggest you to try to apply your state university; if you are a Georgia resident, go apply GSU. Emory Nursing is not worth to pay your 37k tuition in each year for a nursing major.
