Chances for NYU Chemical Engineering

I just decided I want to apply...today. I'd be applying for chemical engineering...

Male
White
From Northern California, relatively competitive public school
SAT: 750M 670CR 750W (2170 total)
SATII: Math2-790 Chem-670 Spanish-690
GPA: 3.6 UW/4.0 W (up to 11th)
Senior yr schedule: 4 APs
APs to be completed: Euro(4), compGov, Chem, calc bc, spanish 5

Havn't written an essay yet but I'm sure it'll be fine.

ECs - My biggest problem. I've really done nothing. I played 6 years of club soccer but quit in my sophomore year. I played JV freshman year and was leading goalscorer if it counts for anything. Have about 50 hours of community service...but if I have a chance I can probably do another 50 before I apply.

Have I got any chance at all?

And now I just read the all the engineering majors are done "in dual degree with stevens institute of technology" . Now I'm entirely confused. My counselor told me they had a school of engineering.

You get two bachelor's degrees with the engineering program. A BS from NYU and a BE from stevens. You graduate in five years. Go here for more info: The SoES Website

Thanks for the clarification. Chances, anyone?
