<p>Im an junior in high school and I haven't taken the SATs yet but my achievable goal score is 2000. My UW GPA is 3.7 and my weighted is 4.0. I am taking 2 APs and one honors class this year, and I am going to take and additional AP test this spring. I am also currently teaching myself latin. I am involved in the History NHS, Spanish club, math league, history club, and homecoming committee. I am also close family friends with a law school alum (now a current professor at AU) who can right me a letter of rec. NYU is my absolute dream school and I think I can win them over with a great essay as well. I am planning on taking 2 SSATs eventually. I plan on majoring in history. </p>

<p>Which school within NYU are you applying to? Stern, CAS, Tisch? Somea re more selective than others. I myself am applying to Stern and currently have a 3.78 UW GPA (school doesn’t do weighted but I have a lot of honors/APs) and a 1940 SAT which I am trying to raise. Good luck dude!</p>
