School doesn't have rankings.
I would like to pursue a major in Neuroscience.
Elective Class: Advanced Topics in Science (Research Class)
Right now I am doing a research project on Exponential Memory Decay. I am taking two sample groups and using stats to find the rate of memory decay, as well as finding out if the brain is more adept to remembering textual information or pictorial information.

Working ALOT on my own to get that english score up. Working with a tutor once a week as well, goal is to get a 31.

This is my standard response to this question: [Oberlin Blogs | Blog Entry: “What are my chances?”](http://blogs.oberlin.edu/applying/selection_process/what_are_my_cha.shtml) . Sorry, but it’s no less true for you than for anybody else.

I hope someone responds to this because i am in a very similar situation and i also want to do something in neuroscience. you have a lot of extra curricular interests which will look good and your grades are in an upward trend. I think if you are able to really raise your act score you have just as good a chance as anyone. also really try to apply ED that will help.

Your ECs are pretty impressive, in my opinion, and I think you have as good a shot as anyone with similarly impressive ECs. I know that doesn’t provide a lot of information, but your essays are extremely important and it’s hard to give you any kind of informed response without them.
