I may have worded the title wrong, maybe not, but on average how hard is it for an OOS freshman applicant to get in with extremely low gpa (slacked off really bad) but high test scores (31+) to get in choosing undecided/undeclared if possible?
Define “extremely low gpa”, this could mean a lot of things.
