GOOD LUCK to everybody that is applying
Do I have a chance for AAE

UW is very stingy with oos scholarships. i don’t even know if they give them actually.

But other than that, you’re in with honors.

You’re in.

For the love of God, don’t retake a 2290. That’s just a total dick move. As for the SAT IIs, I hope you’re not retaking them just for UW, because they don’t acknowledge them at all.

AE is relatively uncompetitive, but I sure hope you know it’s what you want to do. One of the jokes about AE is that instead of weeding you out with hard classes, they just rely on that first seminar that tells you about the lifestyle, the nature of the industry, and all the moving.

Thanks guys for the information and the chances

Not to mention UW doesn’t even look at the writing section, so as far as they’re concerned, you have a 1560/1600 SAT score.

yeah who retakes a 790 and a 2290 that is just plain stupid. UW doesnt want a full out ‘i must do perfect’ person… id say in

Hmm it seems that UW doesn’t care about Writing so I guess I won’t send scores again.
So they won’t see that I retook them. Im taking the tests again for elites that I won’t into anyway ex: caltech.

Lol guys, I decided not to take the SATs afterall

I didn’t show up for Dec. bc I thought my M+CR isnt going to change much, and thats all thats important anyways.

I missed all vocab, and I am too busy and lazy to study them

so i didnt show up for Dec.

on my UW application status, it says awaiting initial review or something, bc I forgot to send them my community college transcript, now I wish I didn’t tell them about it because I only took one class and sending them is such a pain

best of luck to everyone applying

Go to Michigan or Virginia. Hell even UPENN. You have to good of stats for UW.

Thank you,

I like UW b/c come of my friends are applying there, but I do think its kind of sad that because of my circumstance, GPA etc. I have to hope to even have a chance at these schools.

I think if I didn’t move and stuff and had a higher GPA then I could consider All UC’s as “in” and hope for Caltech, MIT etc.

thanks
