Chances for OOS merit aid (full tuition)?

<p>Pitt sounds like an amazing school, especially the UHC. I would love to go, but I would need at least $15k in merit aid to attend. A full-tuition scholarship would be ideal, but I know they're pretty rare. Should I get my hopes up for much merit aid?</p>

<p>stats look good. check the class of 2014 threads on merit aid to see what kids with similar stats got.As i remember a a lot of kids with at least a 34 ACT got a nice chunk of merit aid. and pitt is a great school. Good luck with your college applications! </p>
