Chances for OOS Transfer Student into UF, FSU

<p>Hey, </p>

<p>I am applying as a OOS (from the Northeast) transfer student to UF and possibly FSU. I already got into Syracuse University for Fall 2012. I have approx. 80 credit hours. Overall GPA, 3.0. High School GPA, 4.0. SAT/ACT scores are not required for transfer application. What are my chances at FSU or UF? I know that OOS applicants don't have a good chance in general...should I still apply?? I plan to major in Chemistry. </p>
