Do I even have a shot given my poor GPA?

You're getting in, barring some disaster. 3.5 UW, considering your transcript, is very good for UWashington.

You won't get in, don't even try to apply

haha steve's clownin...

Poor GPA?

You'll should in with that and an IB diploma. Make sure to apply to UW Honors and directly to the program of your choice if there's an early admission option given by the department.

I wouldn't consider it to be a shoo-in, only because they over enrolled by 10% this year, and you're OOS. Have a good application, and as I said, you should get in.
