Chances for Penn, Northwestern, Duke, and Vandy

First off, I'm in 11th grade, so these chances are for next years admissions...

I know I may not be the best GPA wise, but I'm retaking the SAT and am expecting to do drastically better, plus I have an upward trend. Please be realistic, thanks!

GPA UW-3.64 (going north every quarter...straight A's this semester)
GPA W-4.14
Rank-24/456 (top 5%) (going up)
SAT-750CR,680W,680M (2110/1430)
All honors or AP since 10th grade
AP's taken/planning to take: AP English, AP Psych, APUSH, APWH, AP Gov, AP Lit
I'm trying to see if I can take AP Calc next year, I took trig, so I may have to do 1/2 year of pre-calc or something like that online over summer
I've taken journalism for 3 years, taking it senior year as well
I'm in my schools "Academy of Finance" magnet, and have taken business/finance classes every year (including accounting)

EC's- FBLA District Parliamentarian, Newspaper, Newspaper Website Editor/Website Creator, BBYO Int'l board

Summer Programs- I didn't do College programs, but I went on Leadership training summits (by BBYO) for 3 years, and am coordinating one of them the summer after senior year

White Male

I forgot to add that I’m on my schools blood drive committee, that I’m from Florida, and that I’m doing an internship this summer with a family business

Honestly, I’d recommend studying like crazy and re-taking your SATs to tweak them upward. What subject tests have you taken or plan to take? I think you will need some AP Math, depending upon what major you plan to study. Are you taking AP exams this May? Which ones?
Your class rank is good. Keep up the good work! Hope you do great this semester. It’s truly the last one that counts on your apps.
Best of luck~
