High match for UMich LSA.

Hmm ok. What is your opinion on the other schools? I realize Brown is probably out of reach since I don’t have legacy or anything there.

Just providing an update. So far I’ve gotten into SUNY Buffalo, Stony Brook, Binghamton, Pitt, Tulane, University of Rochester, UMich LSA, and Vanderbilt!!

You can probably get in to all of those but it’s hard to say because a place like Brown is a reach for even the best.

“Brown is probably out of reach”

I don’t think that is the case. What is your tennisrecruiting rating like? Could you compete for D1-Ivy? If you have competed and won at national tournaments why wouldn’t you be a candidate for tennis at Brown?

Also publications are highly unusual at the high school level. I can’t imagine you would not be accepted to each of the schools.

Congratulations and good luck with the rest of the schools!

If the OP is to use the tennis to help gain admissions to a college he/she needs to get the interest of the tennis coach. Ideally the coach should see the OP play in a tournament at the national level.
