i'm an international student, asian, and have crappy gpa and so-so SATs.
gpa: 3.2/4.0 (unweighted)

IB diploma candidate

I'm going to take the SAT ii's soon.

I currently am considering these schools for a degree in poli sci (and perhaps a minor in communications).

Bard

I know I need to condense my list... could you people tell me what's your opinion on my admissions outlook... and if you have a school you would like to recommend me.. PLEASE tell me!

wow, your schools are completely scattered in terms of type, size, student body, location, etc. for example, Bard is probably a complete antithesis to a school such as Notre Dame, and in general a person who liked Notre Dame wouldnt be comfortable at Bard, and vice versa.
what exactly are you looking for in a school?

Well Bard doesn't look at test scores, so you've got a good shot there. However, it looks like you're shooting too high with many of your schools. Cornell, Middlebury, Colgate, Northwestern: none of these schools are really in your GPA or SAT range.

all other schools besides colgate, northwestern, cornell, middlebury, notredame, swarthmore, UVA, and Vassar are well within your reach, depending on other factors as well of course.

Of your list, here's the ones you should consider: (your GPA and test scores won't get you into any of the others)

U-Iowa (still a slight reach)
U-Toronto
UBC
Ohio State (still a slight reach)
U-Washington-Seattle (still a slight reach to reach)
U Rochester (still a reach)
U. Richmond
Wheaton
Union
Bard

The schools that are public ones above (all except Rochester, Richmond, Wheaton, Union, and Bard) are unlikely to offer much aid to an international student.

Consider schools like Wells College (NY), Wabash College (IN), Hanover College (IN), Presbyterian College (SC), Worcester Polytechnic Inst (MA), Aquinas College (MI), Alfred University (NY), or Utica College (NY)--all of which give great financial aid packages based upon need.
