I guess so many questions like this comes up, but I was hoping to get some advice on what I should improve on during the next year or so until making the application, and to get some opinions as to whether I would have a chance in applying to the schools on my list.

Undergrad: Int'l Law and Diplomacy, second-tier university (3.4)
During undergrad, founded an Int'l Law Society (extracurricular activity)
MA in International Relations: top-tier in Korea (currently 3.8)
Research assistant, teaching assistant to professor
GRE: 750/760/6
Presented paper at MPSA

My list of schools are
1. UChicago
2. Northwestern
3. NYU
4. Cornell
5. Rochester

Of course SOP, writing sample, and recommendation letters matter most, but I was wondering whether low GPA during college would do much harm, whether there is a serious gap that I should mend. Would getting a better GPA in MA help? Thanks.
