I've logged over 375 hours of community service as well as work as a tutor at my school.

I know my recommendations were good. I used my history teacher from last year who said I was the hardest working student he's ever had, and I used my three-year science teacher. I think my essays were pretty good as well. They were solid.

So what do you think my chances are for these schools?

How many APs does your school offer? Is yours the hardest schedule possible?

The only AP classes I haven’t taken at my school are APUSH and the online AP classes my school offers. I actually signed up for APUSH and some other online APs, but because of scheduling conflicts, I couldn’t take them. I did note that in my application.

Thanks for chancing me!

I think you have excellent chances to all your schools. Many of them are matches. It is always difficult to predict the outcome of applying to Princeton and Harvard, but I would say you have very good chances anyway! Good luck :)

Since your school doesn’t offer many AP classes, I think they’ll consider you more carefully. Your EC’s are really good and receiving an A in every class with definitely make your transcript stand out. Overall, I think you’re borderline on many of the colleges you listsed, but you’ll get into an amazing college no matter what. Goodluck!

I am also wondering about Virginia.

Bump.

You’re in.

I can’t imagine anyone pursuing all four of those things at once. If you want flexibility though, Rochester and Brown would be your best bets.

Well, I’m doing pre-law without doing pre-law, if that makes any sense. I’m going to go to law school after I get my undergraduate degree. So, in reality, an English and natural science double major with a possible Latin minor.

Hey guys im new here and i was just wondering if I have like 3 internships in marketing ie (one in hotel, one in real estate, and one somewhere else) and also i own an adversiting company for two years that made like only 40000, and i am financial manager of a charity do i have a good chance for harvard ( along with 95.5 average)

also lots of volunteering like teacher in rural china and tutor at two schools for small underprivilaged kids.

as well as president of political debate and other clubs
and involved in business and investment club

Does it show i have passion for business

I super not sure about my chances, can anyone give me some advice?

bump bump bump

HYP etc are so unpredictable, but you have as good a chance as anyone. It’s hard to see how your application could be improved.
