Chances for probable reach schools.

I'm a junior, and I will update the stats after I take tests and do certain things. Here is the list of schools I'm looking at:

Brown (I understand admissions process is arbitrary)
UC Berkeley
Cornell
Stanford
Georgia Tech
Emory
UGA

Stats.
GPA: W: 4.1 UW:3.72
EC's: Spanish Club VP
Debate team
Book Club
Quiz Bowl Team
Beta Club
Key Club
Student Govt. VP + Sec.
Internship at private clinic (shadowing phase currently) I have 57 hrs in about a week and half since I just started, but I plan to have around 400 hours by next December.

Senior schedule:
AP Calc AB
AP Bio
AP Lit
AP World History
AP Environmental Science
Honors Physics
Honors Economics

My grades were sloppy my freshman year (3.0 UW)(3.1W) but I show a tremendous upward trend. 4.0 UW Junior year so far and 4.42 W

Achievements:
Emory pre-undergrad program(this summer)
CDC Disease Detective Camp(this summer)
Boys State
Possibly star student if I score higher on SATs
I'll be doing Intel USAMO next year
Possible State Science fair candidate
Top 10% possibly graduating class.
Summer calculus classes at local university.

Now here come my SATs :(
SAT1: 1st time due to test anxiety I scored a 1640. I was scoring in 2000's during practice tests, but I got hella nervous. I plan on taking two more times next year and hopefully will be 2200+.
SAT2's: Next year Bio E/M and Math II maybe.

Anyone?! I’d like some opinions :)

Ivies and Stanford are unlikely. The others are realistic reaches with a 2150 plus.

Alright thank you. Anyone else?

You got a 1640, and you have a 3.6ish overall probably (assuming)…

UC Berkeley Look to see if you are black or otherwise MAJORLY hooked, then laugh at your application
Cornell Laugh at your application
Stanford Laugh at your application
Georgia Tech Discard your application almost immediately
Emory Oxford Junior College of Emory offer
UGA Ehh… probably get in
Brown Will be able to sense the 1600 and will not consider you in the least

If you do get a 2200 like you “say”

UC Berkeley good chance
Cornell chance maybe
Stanford Nope
Georgia Tech good chance
Emory -not sure-
UGA Obviously
Brown Nope
