GPA: Approx. 3.6-3.7 unweighted

Chances, please?

Edit:// Major would be Undecided.

SAT’s are around the middle of NYU’s ranges and EC’s are solid. Not too sure how IB’s work, but I’d say you’re a match.

yeahh i know ppl who got lower than u and got in so im pretty sure ud get in…altho they DID apply for psych…but idk if thats cas? otherwise ur doin good. i just applied ED! woo! submitted it today…took me literally 4 or 5 hours to perfect it brushes forehead with back of hand

esnyujind - IB classes are like AP classes, you receive college credit for them. IB diploma is doing 6 subjects + TOK/CAS (stupid extra classes they make us do :P) and it’s one of the most rigorous courses out there so hopefully that’s taken into consideration!

babygrl9205 - It makes a difference if you apply undecided/for a particular major? I didn’t know that! & congratulations on submitting your application, what did you apply for/which school? Good luck!!

yeah becuz they only have a certain amount of spots for diff majors. (i think)…im no admissions director but thats what i think i gathered from diff admissions reps.

and thank u! i applied to CAS…wich is kinda risky. lol and its gonna make a huge difference for me…its either new york…fly like 5000 miles away…or drive 4 hours away to LA. i hope its the first one! but i have to convince myself still that i miiight not get in lol

Where have you applied in LA? & just think positively! At least it’s over and done with now! Did you apply ‘Undecided’ too?

I still have to take my SAT subject tests next week.
If you don’t mind me asking, which ones did you do & how did you do in them?

lol evry1 tells me that…i guess its cuz i grew up in such a negative household! lol thats why im going to college far far away hopefully! : ] at least i can recognize it and im not just adapting their ways…well actually i kinda did lol nvm haha k uhh i got a 580 on math 2 and 440 on lit. lol so thats what i mean by horrible. hopefully continuing up to calc 4 helps! i mentioned that in my app.
