<p>You have a ridiculously, impressively diverse list of ECs, honors, leadership positions, etc. Richmond likes interesting, well rounded individuals, so I think you’re good on that front. You might want to concentrate on getting your SATs up. You’re GPA looks pretty good, especially since your course load is is AP/honors heavy. </p>

<p>I got in RD with a 2100 SAT, even 700s, I think, on all of the sections, or something pretty close to that. Um. 94% GPA, so that’s what, a 3.8? Something around there. No merit aid for me though, so definitely pull it up more if you’re shooting for a scholarship.</p>

<p>My son just started today for Class of 2013. He had similar SAT score around 1950 with alot of EC’s. His GPA in an IB school was 4.8. </p>

<p>FYI, he made it to the 400 student level for scholarships (out of 4000 apps I believe) but not to the next level of 100 students invited to campus. The biggest reason I believe was his SAT scores so your son should try to improve them if he wants to receive a scholarship.</p>
