If not a CA resident, UC Davis and the Cal Poly’s will be full pay. UCD is around $65K/year and the Cal Poly’s around $37-40K/year with no financial aid.

Your daughter’s guidance counselor would know better than I whether or not NC state is a safety. I am inclined to get two solid safeties set up first before looking at other schools.
The last two look like reaches or high reaches. UC Davis is great for agriculture but you would be full pay.
UVM is another good university for agriculture. It accepts quite a few out of state students (probably due to Vermont having so few in-state students).
Thanks for the California GPA info; wasn’t aware of how they calculate. The UC GPA is a little tricky to calculate, but because 9th grade is disregarded, it looks like the UC GPA drops down to 3.83 weighted. And that OOS tuition is probably a disqualifier. Davis and Cornell are total reaches, just on the list for fun at this early stage.
Purdue and UVM would also be worth exploring.
