Chances for ROSSSSSSS PA

Is it rolling admissions for Ross PA? Are my chances goin to be significantly lowered because I am probably going to get my application in like a week before the deadline? : /

Chances me, please : ) OOS

asian female - PA
SAT: 2340 - 800 (CR), 780 (W), 760 (M)
SAT2s: 800 on Math Level II, 750 on History
GPA: weighted - 96/100, 4.0/4.0
my transcript is rele weak because I got a lot of B's through my high school career but my gpa has been increasing every year so that's a good thing right?
9 APs by the time I graduate -- all 5's on AP exams

Extracurriculars: Yearbook Editor (strongest EC), President of National Art HOnor Society, Vice President of other clubs -- all of my extracurriculars mostly have to do with art & culture

will be majoring in Econ & German : )

i suck at writing so assume mediocre essays; good recs

i dont really have any extracurriculars that highlight my love for economics/business

Ross has a huge emphasis on ECs given that your grades/scores are already competitive. Unfortunately, you seem to lack quality ECs.

Yearbook editor and a bad writer? Don’t be overly critical of yourself.

When i wrote bad writer, I meant that my essays are not going to be anything special

Any other opinions?

First of all, I don’t understand how you can have a 4.0/4.0 and have a lot of B’s.

As for your chances, your numbers are good but the essays and ECs are the most important factor with getting in to Ross. Your profile really doesn’t look like that of someone who is meant for business school, so you better make sure you sell it in your essay.

: o thanks for the advice

and i have a 4.0 weighted (due to lots of AP classes)
my unweighted is lower : /

HAve you even been accepted to LSA yet? If yes, congrats! if not, with a 4.0 weighted, do not assume auto acceptance; UMich puts mega-weight on GPA…(and unweighted at that…soph/junior GPA only: A=4 B=3)

lol noo i havent even applied yet
my unweighted gpa is still an A just a lower one than my weighted

4.0 weighted isn’t auto-acceptance, but combined with a 2340, it is. 100% she gets in LSA, likely honors.

I think you have a strong chance.
