Chances for Rutgers NB, Binghamton, Syracuse, Hofstra, and Baruch?

Hey everyone. So I am currently a HS senior and am in the process of applying for colleges. The main ones I am looking into are Rutgers NB and Bing, but the others are options too. Also if anyone here knows of any good suggestions for my grade range and in the New York, NJ or other nearby areas, please let me know.

So first of all, I am not sure what I want to major in. I'm considering Marketing, and Criminal Justice along with a few others along those lines.

What makes me worried is my GPA. Because of me not taking school seriously freshman year, my GPA is around a 2.7 not weighted, and around a 2.8 weighted. After freshman year my grades began to go up drastically, but not enough to hit a 3.0. If the colleges also consider my mid-year grades for this year, then I could probably hit a 3.0 but I'm assuming most won't especially since I'm applying early action. Then again I don't know much about the whole process so correct me if I'm wrong. Also, I go to a Jewish Private school, so its double curriculum if that helps.

As for the SAT's, I haven't taken them yet, but am shooting for around a 1200-1300 out of 1600 because that is what seems possible because of my PSAT score and my studying for the test. If it helps, my PSAT score was a 1040/1600 before I started studying. I plan on taking them in October. I may take them again in November because apparently that shows that you're trying and can increase my chances, especially if I do better the second time. But I'm not sure if its worth missing the early action deadline.

Clubs and extra curricular wise, I am captain of the varsity wrestling team at my school, and have been wrestling for 4 years. I'm also the treasurer of the school. I was part of a debate club for a few months my first two years, and my junior year I started a Workout club. I doubt that helps in any way but I might as well add it. I haven't done much volunteer work, but if that will help with my chances, I am willing to.

Sorry if I don't know what i'm talking about, I'm just basing my questions off of what I know. So say I get the SAT scores i'm aiming for, and with everything else considered, what are my chances of getting into Rutgers NB and Bing? How about the other colleges I listed? If you have any other suggestions or tips on anything, i'll gladly take them. Thanks!

Oh also a few of my classes were honors classes, and I am currently taking two AP classes. AP Microeconomics, and AP English.

Anyone?
