Chances For Rutgers New Brunswick, Seton Hall, Montclair, etc?

Good afternoon guys. :D It would be very much appreciated if you guys could chance me for Rutgers New Brunswick, Seton Hall and Montclair? I want to major in either Nursing or do a PA (Physician's Assistant) program.

GPA:
3.58 (unweighted), 4.08 (weighted). Top ten percent of class; ranked 42 out of 587 students.

AP/Honors Classes:
APUSH 1 & 2 (Sophomore and Junior Year. Exam Score: 4), AP Psychology, AP Language and Composition (Both this year), Honors Sophomore and Junior English, Honors World History (Freshman Year), Honors French 2, 3, and 4 (Freshman - Junior Year), and Honors Humanities (This year). I have also taken Allied Health 1 and I am currently taking Anatomy and Physiology. While those aren't considered Honors and AP, they are rigorous courses at my school.

SAT Score (First Time): 1490 (520 CR, 450 M, 520 W). It's an INCREDIBLY poor score, but I didn't study for it. I have since taken a class and prepped on my own. I have taken the October SAT and I'm pretty sure I did quite well.

Activities:
My church's youth group (2010-Present)
Seeker's Club (2011-Present)
Track and Field; Shot-put (2011-2012)
Key Club (2012-Present)
French Honors Society (2012-Present)
National Honors Society (Inducted in May of 2013)
German Club (2013-Present).

Community Service: I have helped out at my church's food pantry, as well as a nursing home. Key Club also gives us hours for community service and also offers events where we can help out and earn hours.

What do you think? I am mainly shooting for Rutgers, but the other two are options. Any other decent universities in NJ? (Besides William Patterson please). I am African American and I am in-state. Also, does Rutgers, Seton Hall or Montclair hand out scholarships? Thank you.
