<p>Hi all - </p>

<p>Writing this on behalf of my sister who wants to transfer to Rutgers because of their criminal justice program. She has a 3.3. from the University of Redlands, ranked #11 Regional Universities of the West. She's mexican american and bilingual.
Not sending SAT scores because they were abysmal.
Wrote good essay about why she wants to do criminal justice</p>

<p>It all depends on how many credits she has, I was accepted within two weeks of submitting my applications with a 3.5 but with 60 credits, so I would assume a 3.3 would be sufficient. Good Luck to her though!</p>
