Chances for Sarah Lawrence

Female.
GPA: 3.5 - 3.6 [not exactly sure what it'll be but between there]
SAT: 1890 [if it's not that great i don't have to submit it to SLC]

My "thing" is I want to be a comedy writer.

In school senior year [as well as junior for IB] I'm taking IB English, IB Film, Fiction writing, and Theater class. [obviously many more classes but those pertain to my interests.]

My extra-curriculars are where I believe I stand out:

-Internship at local TV station
-Student Leader at my acting class which I've been in for 6 years
-Assistant at Children's Acting class
-Varsity Tennis for 4 years
-Mock trial club for 4 years, VP for 2 years
-Director of Student Aides at Temple Emanuel
-Job at a dog kennel
-NHS
-Ran a book drive by myself

-Brown Pre-College - Sketch Comedy Writing
-Upright Citizens Brigade in NYC - Improv Class [it's an adult class]

You have some unique extra-curriculars, but it couldn’t hurt to retake the sats and maybe take an sat subject test like Literature to demonstrate interest in writing.
The benefit of being interested in writing though is your college essays and supplements will be able to show off your skill and your comedic talent can leave a refreshing impression.

also, for anyone reading this, is it possible to have too many EC’s and have that negatively effect things? I don’t want to seem overwhelming with my EC’s or seem like I just joined things to have many of them…

also, thank you for your advice!
