Chances for scholarship into Colorado School of Mines?

Last year I moved schools due to bullying and became homeschooled for this year (10th). Next year and senior year I’m planning on attending a private school. Anyway, I don’t have a ton of extra circulars because of my rough first half of high school but am planning on taking more the last two years of high school. Do I have a chance of even getting in to this school? Let alone a decent scholarship? Thanks
Extra Cirricular:
JV Volleyball (9th)
Nursery Volunteer 37 hours (9th-current)
Animal Shelter Volunteer 25 hours (10th-current)
Vacation Bible School leader 15 hours (9th)
1st place in a state magazine art competition
My grandpa works in a top position for the Denver Broncos so I’m planning on doing some work to help out there a little bit

Engineering Club (planning on 11th-12th)
Make-A-Wish (planning on 11th-12th)

Latin II (11th)
Art (9th, 10th)

Any tips on how i can boost my chances? Thanks

Sorry you had to go through all the bullying in school. During our visit to Colorado School of Mines, we were told that scholarships for instate students are very competitive. Most kids get these scholarships with a GPA of 4.0 and ACT above 34. It seems that you are doing well with your GPA. Just try to bring up your ACT score. I remember hearing that application to Mines is very simple and is mainly based on your GPA and test scores, no essays. You might want to get more information from the college folder in CC. There is a separate board for Mines.
