You look like a competitive applicant for SDSU’s direct admit nursing but no guarantees. My niece is interested in SDSU’s nursing program (only a Sophomore) but I have been keeping track of the EI’s accepted for the last 3 years just to see if there is some kind of EI threshold to help with chancing. I have seen EI’s as low as 4300 (local applicant) accepted up to 4700 (non-local) that as denied and anything in-between. Definitely worth an application and since they have switched to a direct admit program only for Freshman, it will be interesting to see what the EI’s will be for accepted vs. rejected.

You seem to have a good chance at SDSU. I don’t think you should retake your SAT though because its pretty good and your GPA will hold you up well. Good luck
