I'm a high school senior this year, and I'll likely be applying to UCLA, UCSD, UCD, UCI, UCSB, UCR, as well as USC (legacy).

I'm in a top public high school, no class rankings due to the amount of competition (1000+ senior class). I have a couple extracurricular activities, and I've attended California Boys' State this previous summer. I've gone to a cultural Saturday school since preschool, fluent in another language (Lithuanian).

Intended major: Political Science, with an emphasis in International Relations.

UC GPA: 3.65-3.7
Weighted GPA: ~3.8

SAT 1: 1960 (Critical Reading: 690, Math: 630, Writing: 640)
SAT 2: (US History - 730)

ACT Composite: 31

AP Classes taken: Human Geography (5), European History (5), Psychology (5), US History (4), English Language (4) (Self-study).

Senior year: AP Statistics, AP US Government, AP Macroeconomics, AP Environmental Science, H Physiology, English, Astronomy.

What are my chances at the UCs? I'll be taking the SAT for the second time again in October. Should I retake the ACT (its higher than the averages for the UCs listed)? Should I send both scores to the colleges or just the ACT?

My top colleges would be UCLA and UCSD for their extremely strong Poli Sci programs, though UCD and USC would also be great. Thank you for your input.
