chances for some UC's, IIT and CCNY

<p>Hi everyone!
I'm really confused with applying to US schools.
I'm an international student from Europe, just got to my top choice EU school, but I think Biomedical Engineering programs are also very good in the USA .
My GPA is 4.00
unfortunately my SAT is only 1800...
Critical Reading: 540 (oh well..)
Math: 620
Writing: 640</p>

<p>I attended a Maths and Natural Sciences school if that matters.
I have some extracurriculars - a leadership program in the USA, exchange programs, a conference in Brussels. I am thinking of taking SAT 2 but I'm afraid it might be too late because of the deadline. </p>

<p>So do you think I have any chances for City College New York, Illinois Institute of Technology, UC Davis, UC Santa Barbara and UC San Diego.. and I really need financial aid. I will be grateful if u share something u know....</p>

IL Tech: Low match
UCD: High match (the UCs are sensitive to payment capability when dealing with internationals and asking for financial aid will hurt your chances as one)
UCSD: Reach
UCSB: Match</p>
