Chances for someone with low standardized test scores and average EC's

I have low standardized test scores (like 710, 730) and average EC's (I lead some clubs and play the violin but I don't have any significant research experience or anything that has gained national/state recognition) but a 3.9 GPA. What do you think my chances of getting into a school like Harvard are? I know that there are a lot of better qualified applicants out there and I'm keeping my standards low, but do you think I'd get in? Thanks!

Harvard amounts to a lottery. It is the prototypical “reach-for-anyone” school.

What’s your backup plans?

Well, that sucks. I also applied to some in-state schools and some non-Ivies that I think I have a pretty good chance of getting into so hopefully all of those will work out. Thanks for the reply! :)
