Chances for Stanford and Princeton

Im a senior student in an international school, I am predicted a 45 in IB (out of 45), I am ranked 2nd in the year, I have 8 A*'s and 3 A's in GCSE (out of 11 subjects), I fully engage in community service, debate clubs (including MUN) and student government (House captain, student council, class rep., deputy head of house), and I have an 800 in SAT II Maths II, a 770 in SAT II Chemistry and a 750 in SAT II Physics. However, I have a score of 2040 in SAT I (superscore of 2090), with an SAT reading score of 590 (I know, its quite low). There is no chance for me to retake in December though....

What are the chances of me getting accepted to Stanford or Princeton university for engineering given my current credentials? Please Help!

Unless you’re from a country that send very few applicants to US schools, you need to aim lower.

Apply to Yale - they strongly consider the high IB scores in their admission review.

2090 SAT with 590 CR is going to be hard to overcome.

2090 for a domestic would be hard. For an international, probably a killer. Still apply to Stanford/Princeton, because you always have some chance, but I would expect to be rejected. Aim lower. Sorry. :-/
