I think Brown, especially, will appreciate your quirky EC.

WOW! and I thought my EC’s were impressive! Congrats on all you do! I’m sure you’re in anywhere you apply. Like someone else said, the top schools tend to be random but you’ve got everything they’re looking for. Chance me back please?

Also I dont think that the amount of time you’ve put into your EC would be any concern to schools. It’s shows you are extremely dedicated. Lol I spend 40 hours a week on my EC so I think 18 is good!

I think you have very good chances everywhere and you make me feel so inadequate

Thank you for the input. I hope I’m in the running too.

Yeah, jump rope is certainly a HUGE part of my life and I hope that my passions beyond it show. But jump rope certainly isn’t my whole life. I manage to juggle 3-4 hours a day of jump rope, with keeping straight A’s in numerous AP classes, with self studying language, with volunteering at a Science museum, practicing 5-6hrs a week on piano, with tutoring kids in AP Bio and helping with/studying for Science and Math Quiz Bowl. Jump rope plays a huge part in my life, but more than that, the lessons I’ve learned and the passion I hold transfer into my other passion and school in general. Jump rope certainly doesn’t effect my other passions in a negative way (and I hope colleges see it that way)

Yeah, sorry. I thought I left a note that these were my highest scores from two tests, but I didn’t superscore for my composite. I’ll change that.

Really? Is brown known for liking quirky and different activities or something? I wasn’t aware. How exciting!

I don’t think I’m in to EVERY school I apply to, but thanks for the vote of confidence! Certainly helps me feel better about applying to these super selective colleges.

Don’t feel inadequate. There are many different paths to get into ivy’s and selective colleges. Good luck!

Dude… This I the most qualified ive seen in CC so far… If u write ur essays well and get good recommendation ur in at any college u want

^ haha, don’t make me blush! I’ve seen some better profiles. But thanks :). Hopefully I write my essays well (I personally think I do, but I’m sure I am not an impartial judge to my writing). I’ll just cross my fingers and hope!

Anyone else? Percentages are always helpful. Thank you :)
