What do you guys think?

Also taking high level (multivariable calc, differential equations) at UNC next year. Few more APs senior year as well - Art History, Spanish Lit, Literature. Apologies for the multi-post.

They are all reach schools no matter how good you are.

All I can say is GOOD LUCK TO YOU and I hope you have more colleges on your list.

What do you mean? I don’t get it… What’s a “reach school”?

You will have better chances if you ED to Penn (Wharton) and EA to Chicago.

HYPS: Nobody can chance you.

Thanks - I do have more schools on my list: Duke, UVA/UMich, Columbia, Georgetown (maybe). Still figuring it out. Also applying to Cambridge on a total whim.

GREAT GREAT, no i mean, TERRIFIC chances at all of them.Expect accpetance from either yale or princeton, harvard is pretty damn close. Wharton probably in. Chicago is a match. Stanford is unpredictable though.

btw. what do u mean by “research associate?” Are you a student intern doing research, or r u just getting paid to do data collection, or something else. Cuz you should say “research intern” or something the like on the common app, “research associate” sounds too professional.

I’m a paid researcher - coordinating/running studies, working with data. Started out as an intern but he asked me to transition into a summer job for the past two summers. “research associate/assistant” is probably the most accurate term.

^That shows great dedication there. Are u considering doing siemens or intel? Those help a lot too.

Were those all APs classes? Or self-studied? Great grades, SAT scores. Interesting summer EC. I really wouldn’t be surprised if you got into one or more of HYSP. Probably in for Wharton, UChicago.

All of them were AP courses.

Nothing too special and you’re cucasian so I have to say slim.

In at Duke and Chicago. HYPS - anyone’s guess. Better chance with ED than SCEA (Penn, Columbia).
