Chances for Swarthmore, Bard and a couple others

Hi guys, would you mind chancing me for Swarthmore, Bard (specifically the Excellence and Equal Cost Program (EEC) scholarship) and maybe UPenn as well?
(if you have time, do I have any chance at the biggies like Harvard, Yale, and Princeton?)

GPA (out of 100): 97.1 UW/ 97.5 W
Rank: 8 out of 133
SAT: 800CR 710M 740W (2250 total, 1510 combined)
SAT IIs: Physics 770, Lit 740, Mat II 680 (retaking math II and taking math I soon, will actually study this time, last time I took them was in 10th grade)

Special Achievement/Experience: I spent my Junior year of high school abroad in Spain as an exchange student through the Rotary Youth Exchange Program. I stayed with several families over the year and attended Spanish public school, and I am now fluent in Spanish.

Extra-Curricular Activities:
-Math Team Treasurer (member 9th, officer 10th and 12th grade)
-Spanish Club Secretary and Treasurer (12th grade)
-Science Olympiad Co-Captain (member 10th, officer 12th)
-Gay Straight Alliance Treasurer (12th Grade)
-Editor in Chief or Managing Editor of School Literary Journal (sponsored by NHS, 12th grade, officers assigned Monday)
-Harvard Model Congress (10th and 12th grade, possible officer position, will be a supreme court justice this year)
-Yearbook Photographer (12th grade, taken at least a couple thousand photos this year so far)
-NHS Memeber (12th grade)
-Green Committee Member (12th grade, co-directed a recycling-education film for my school this year)
-Rotex (Program for past exchange students where we help interview and train new candidates)

Classes I am Currently Taking:
AP Chemistry
AP Calculus AB
AP Literature
AP U.S. History
AP Government and Politics
English 101
Spanish IV (independent study)
*I currently maintain an average in the very high 90s in all these classes (I may have a 100 in ap chem and calc)

NOTE: I have not taken any AP classes prior to this year as none were able to fit into my schedule in 10th grade (small rural school) and last year I was not in the US. I have taken several honors classes in all disciplines and physics though. My GPA is also slightly shrunken due to an 84 in a year of HS math I took prior to 8th grade (this isn't an excuse, I've just heard colleges like upward trends and my grades do present a slight upward trend)

I know these colleges are all extremely competitive (minus bard), but I would like to know how remote a chance I am looking at.
