Chances For TCNJ?

I am an NJ resident and just completed my junior year of high school. I'm not sure about my chances for TCNJ, but I really hope I can get in there. If anybody could chance me, I would greatly appreciate it. :)

My overall cumulative weighted GPA for freshman and sophomore year is a 4.4536. If I did the math correctly, my junior year grades will likely pull it down to a 4.3 or 4.2, which I'm somewhat discouraged about. I am currently ranked in the top 5% of my class, which may unfortunately worsen with my junior year grades. My SAT scores are decent and I have a 600 in Critical Reading, 680 in Math and 690 in Writing, so a 1970 overall. I am a member of both the National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society and have 5 hours of peer tutoring from junior year and at least another 10 hours will be done during my senior year. I have 85 hours total of community service (not including the tutoring, since I don't think that counts as community service). Chances please?

GReat chance.

Thank you so much! That really made me feel more confident and TCNJ is one of my top choices. :)
