<p>Hello everyone!! i am a senior student from Greece attending the IB Diploma. I'm applying to some very selective schools and I'm almost done with the applications..Here are my Grades/Rank/SAT scores:</p>

<p>IB GRADES:
Mathematics HL : 7/7
History HL: 7/7
Economics HL: 7/7
English a2 HL: 7/7
Physics SL: 7/7
Modern Greek SL: 7/7
Overall: 42/42</p>

<p>RANK:
1st out of 53</p>

<p>SAT SCORES:
SAT I Math: 800
SAT I Critical Reading: 680
SAT I Writing: 700 (12 on essay)
SAT II Math 1C: 770
SAT II French: 650 (retaking it due to crap score...)
SAT II Math IIc: Pending</p>

<p>I also participate in many extracurricular activities including captain of school's debate team, MUN, drama team, head of radio station, editor in chief of school newspaper, vice-president of student government and member of swimming team..</p>

<p>Overral what are my chances for Hravard, Yale and Columbia..????</p>

<p>well those grades and test scores are good enough, but its all about the essay, make the admissions person remember you and you will have a much higher chance of getting in</p>

<p>I can’t tell if this is fake or not. How would you already know about your HL exams?? If it’s true, You have a very high chance.</p>

<p>Haha it’s certainly not fake…I would have no reason to post it then…:smiley:
They’re my predicted grades, they are a combination of class tests and class performance which translates into a percentage which is then translated in the respective IB grade…It’s like As, Bs Cs etc…you can think of the 7s as A+

<p>Hey good work on ur academics!! =] strong and puts u academically ahead of the group. Your ecs are good however should contain some state or regional involvements. =] but overall a strong applicant^^ good luck</p>

<p>I’m in a similar situation to you - predicted 45 in IB and 2190 SAT! Write some killer essays and I’d say you’ve got a shot. Good luck!</p>

<p>EDIT: BTW, are you anywhere near the school in Athens that was involved in the IB cheating scandal? Just curious because I went on a physics course and the teacher was telling me about it…</p>
