<p>I’d say really high. The stats for transfer students from CC to UC aren’t that high so with a 4.0 you have a really good chance. UCB will be trickier but I’d still say admitted (although you can look up their stats to see). You can also TAG into UCD / UCSB and guarantee a spot.</p>
