<p>I am applying to the University of Texas for the Fall 2015 Semester as an out of state applicant. It would be a dream to be accepted! I will probably be applying to the College of Liberal Arts.

<p>Can you take the SAT again to try to raise your reading score? It’s pretty hard to get admitted to UT as an OOS student, since they don’t accept many.</p>
