I would say that you have a pretty good chance. Try to study hard over the summer to get that ACT up.

^Thanks dude. Anyone else?

UW Seattle? I’m sorry, but I don’t think you have a good chance.

You are applying to an OOS school, which is always VERY competitive to get a spot in.

Your GPA is below the average for applicants to UW Seattle. You must have alot of B-s and Bs to have a 3.21

your SAT and ACT are lower than the middle 50%.

No super amazing ECs

UW Seattle is a public ivy, I’ve seen some good in state kids get rejected. It’s not Berkeley of course, but it’s well above average.

You should apply and it is getting harder to get into. Why the UW?

Shucks. It looks like it’s gonna be a reach for me. Does anyone want to give me some advice?

It’s one of my top choices.

And @ Pea: UW because it appears to have a really nice communications department, it’s in a really diverse city, the campus looks extremely cool, and it’s not close to home. Plus the spirit looks good and it’s highly ranked.

…any advice?
