<p>Columbia, Stanford and Brown are going to be pretty big reaches. At what track meet did you win those races? If it was just within your school, it's probably not worth listing, especially since you quit in 10th grade. I have over 60 track medals sitting on my shelf, but i'm only putting the important ones on my app, like winning Conference or States. I also wouldn't list Reading Club if you only did it in 9th grade. Other than that, my only advice is to apply early to your favorite.</p>

<p>Columbia is harder than UChicago. Brown and UChicago are about the same, but different in the sense that Chicago puts a ton of emphasis on the essay, so a lot of times their admissions seem completely random.</p>
