Chances for these schools?

First off I am a (Caucasian) rising junior in the state of Georgia. Anyways the AP and DE classes i have taken/will take are as listed:
AP Calculus
AP Physics
AP US History
AP Chemistry
AP Environmental
DE: Psychology
DE: Astronomy (Haven’t Completely decided on this one)
(I would like to note i have take a good bit of honors classes also)

GPA: 4.0 (weighted) and 3.8 (Unweighted) (That is if I get the grades I plan on getting this and next year, Which shouldn’t be that hard)

I have not taken the SAT nor the ACT yet, but I am hoping to at least make a 1500+ or in the 32-33 on the ACT (hopefully more for both)

I am part of the Debate team at my high school along with the Golf Team. I plan on doing some volunteer work at a local hospital or anything else I can think of this year.

With these credentials what are my chances of getting into these schools?
Georgia Tech (Top Choice)
Pennsylvania State University
University of Alabama
University of Auburn
University of Georgia

Intended major: Astronomy (Astrophysics)

? Also what are some recommendations that you have to offer that could increase my chances?

I was thinking of going to a “Safer” College and then transferring? is that a good option?

*Auburn University

Thanks haha.

Ahoy m8y you can’t be chances without actual scores

Do not include your senior grades in your GPA. You won’t have senior grades when you apply. You’ll only have Frosh, soph, and Jr semester grades on your transcript.

What are your parents saying about how much they’ll pay for college?
