3.9 UW. I am 3rd in my class of a few hundred.

I have yet to take the rest of my SAT II’s but I got a 800 on Math IIC so far.
E.C.'s include: I am President of a Hispanic club that I founded at my high school. I have over 200 hours of community service at my Catholic church and I do fund-raisers and stuff. I also started my own business which is why I want to go into business and stuff.</p>

<p>The fact that you started your own business definitely legitimizes your interest in Wharton...if possible, definitely include a seperate blurb with a description. </p>
<p>Your scores are solid, but your ECs are kinda weak. 200 hours really isn't that much, and I'm not really seeing any passion for extracurriculars...any sports or anything of the sort? With your stats, I'd say the essay is going to be important for distinguishing yourself. You've got the academic part down, and it'll be important to show the personal side of your story as well.</p>
<p>Well I care a lot about the Hispanic community and I try to promote diversity in our community. I'm the president of clubs like Chess and such but I didn't think those were that important and I didn't want to litter the page with useless E.C.'s. I am on the baseball team but I am definitely no where near recruitable or even that good.</p>
