I didnt include all the EC’s because im guessing you would want to read through all of it, but i was hoping that you would chance me, and maybe even suggest colleges that i may apply to in the boston area.

I know my gpa is highest, and that is mostly due to freshman year, whereas every semester after that has been a constant 3.67 to bring it up.

Let's keep this simple: the credentials you present give you a reasonable chance. If you write good essays and have good recommendations, your chances improve. Thus, if you like Brandeis, go for it. Not applying based on any advice you get on CC only guarantees that you won't get in.

I'm sure you're familiar with all of the ususal suspects in the Boston area. If you're willing to go somewhat further afoot, look at Clark U. in Worcester. Vastly underappreciated school IMHO.

I'm going to guess you're from Hawaii, right? An article in the Justice (one of the newspapers) said that Brandeis is trying to recruit more students from the southwest. Now, Hawaii is not the southwest, but I would guess that we have very few students from Hawaii. That might help you.

What is your class rank? If you are in the top 5% or 10%, that might save you in terms of your GPA because that would show your school is difficult.

I concur with Clark. My brother is applying ED there. As he described it, it's very "Brandeisy" but not quite so Jewish and also farther away from Boston. Also in Worcester is Holy Cross which is an excellent Catholic LAC.

yes i am also looking at holy cross
(chances for that?)

but my school doesnt rank, and i attend punahou academy, and i believe its rated in the top 10 private school.

but as for that, comparably i think im somewhere in the 15% due to the rigor of my classes compared to my gpa.

i really would love to go to brandeis, and as for clark, i was looking at it, and it was selected as a "likely" school by my guidance councellor. i was also looking at wheaton, but how is clark comparably?

brandeis is one of my top choices because of its size, education system, and distance to boston.

If you're a top student (that should come across in your guidance counselor's or teachers' recs, even if your school doesn't rank) at a school like Punahou, you should have a good chance at Brandeis.
