Chances for top 20?

Hi. I'm a rising junior, so it may seem a little too early to chance, but I'm wondering if my ECs are competitive for Ivy Leagues/top 20. BTW, I come from Canada so my system is a bit different.

GPA: 4.0 uw (in Canada 86% (A) = 4.0)
freshman:
math: 100
science: 97
bible: 97
band: 88
english: 95
french: 99
socials: 99
PE: 86

sophomore:
math: 100
science: 97
bible: 93
band: 91
english: 98
french: 99
socials: 98
PE: 88

My first practice SAT was 2250 (at home, not PSAT) last september or so... so I'm expecting 2300+ with some studying.

ECs:
-member of student council gr 9-10
-yearbook team gr 9
-founder of social justice + community service club gr 8-10
-math club gr 8-9 (the math club is only for those two grades =.=")
-every other year i have gotten a medal for top in my grade for a math contest
-have gone every year for 5 years for 1 1/2 weeks each time to Guatemala
-run free medical clinics for poor people: my dad is the doctor and I am the pharmacist xD
-volunteer at church to help with sunday school - gr 10 but i will keep doing it
-volunteered at salvation army summer after gr 9... maybe ~150 hours?
-black belt in karate - have been doing it for 9 years, ranked provincially a couple of times
-gr 8 RCM piano

subject awards (1 per subject per class per grade):
gr 9:
-bible
-french
-missions (1 per school per year)
gr 10:
-math
-french
-english
-socials
-missions (there were 2 this year because they didn't want me to hog it ._>)

rank: school doesn't rank but from looking at avg. % on honour roll, i would be the valedictorian out of 70 ppl...

Can you please give some feedback? Am I competitive for:
-HYPSM
-other Ivies
-other top 20 (Duke, NW, Chicago, etc)

And do you think my ECs are good enough or should i work harder to find something else too?

Edit: oh, and by the end of hs i will have 3 APs (all that my school offers): Eng lit, eng lang, and calculus AB, as well as 2 years in each of the three sciences (bio, chem, phys), and 3 years in french. and i'm asian male if that matters

I forgot to mention…

I only got 86% in English 11. I had to challenge it in order to take Eng AP in junior year (ie. take the final exam and not the course). But 86% is still an A in my school. Will this affect my chances?!

can someone please chance me…? or at least give me some tips…?

Thanks a lot!

Does your school transcript include both the letter grade and the percentage? Keep in mind that any accomplishments before high school don’t affect college admissions. You seem like a competitive applicant, though without a definite SAT score, it’s difficult to chance.

Yeah, my school transcript includes both (unfortunately).

Oh and I forgot that high school in the US is only gr 9-12. Mine is 8-12 lol
