Chances for Top Colleges? (Resume inside)

Here's my resume for my High School Career so far (I am an incoming Senior). This is my proposed question: I am really wanting to get into some high end colleges in the future, based on what you see below, is this possible? I am wanting to attend various technical or IVY league schools on the East Coast.

GPA: Unweighted = 4.0, Weighted = 5.0

CLASS RANK: 1

SAT: 1940 (Will take again)

ACT: 33

SUBJECT TESTS: Will take Math II and Physics, and will hopefully score above 750 on both of
those (math and science are my strengths)

EXTRA CURRICULARS: PMPHA club (Pre-Medical), Varsity Volleyball, Various college courses (Astronomy, Spanish, etc.), Travel (West Coast, South West, East Coast, New England, Europe: all leading to life changing experiences and new perspectives to shape myself as a young adult), Registered Tutor at my High School

COMMUNITY SERVICE: 5 years AYSO refereeing, 4 years AYSO coaching, 3 years local Volleyball camp assistant coach, Created a week long youth beach volleyball camp during the summer, Various projects for local ELK's Club

ACADEMIC ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Assuming all goes well, soon to be Valedictorian, Alternate Selection for California Boy's State, Coauthored a scientific paper published in the Washington Double Star Journal regarding observations on astronomical phenomena (will publish a second this Winter), Knowledgeable experience with various computer related tasks such as: code, CAD, Spreadsheets, Operating Systems, etc.

ATHLETIC ACCOMPLISHMENTS: 2nd Team All-League Sophomore Year, 1st Team All-League Junior Year, 4 year Varsity player

Thank you for your honest opinions, it greatly helps. Thanks.

you really dont need to retake the SAT unless you think you can raise it to about 2200 (equal to 33 act). If you dont think you can or just dont want to spend the time/money, just forget about your SAT and only submit your ACT. Your scores are within uper Ivy League (HYP) range but no matter what scores you have, Ivys are reaches for everyone

The thing that jumps out at me is your SAT score-- it’s much too low for any Ivy league school. You should be shooting for 2250+ when you retake it. Your ACT is much better, but a 34+ would be ideal.

Your grades are perfect, though, which is certainly a good thing :)

Your ECs seem to be very sports-heavy, and since I’m possibly the most unathletic person ever, I’m afraid I’m not super familiar with how strongly colleges value athletics. All 4 years on a varsity team sounds pretty impressive to me.

To make your application more competitive, I’d suggest beefing up on ECs that are more related to whatever it is you want to major in. Do your best to improve those test scores.

Thanks for your input. I am of course interested in a mathematical or engineering field, so having a nationally published scientific paper is highly regarded in the sense. Also, I forgot to mention that I did a 40 hour research project on various sports-related inquiries for my Honors Physics class last year. This can probably be mentioned as well in my ECs. If there is anything else I can do, let me know.
