Since you seem to have competed at a high level, it will be noted when adcoms read your file. It’s hard to say how much importance they will place on the EC. You are lacking other significant EC’s, however, especially ones that show leadership ability so I think a school such as Harvard should not be high up your expectations list. Good luck!
Strongly consider the best in state fit as you have wonderful cost effective options. Do well and strive to finish at the grad school of choice as a Graduate Assistant. This way you start your career with a tremendous background and without crippling debt.
